When remote support runs out

The device will not start

No remote tool reaches a machine that does not boot or a screen that stays dark.

The problem is physical

Cabling, switches, access points, printers and racks need somebody in the room.

You are moving or fitting out

A new office needs its network, desks and equipment working before anyone arrives.

People learn better in person

A short session at the desk beats another instruction email nobody reads.

What is included

Every engagement

Scheduled site visits

Regular onsite time as part of a managed agreement for maintenance and the issues that pile up.

Hardware repair and replacement

Desktops, laptops, printers, screens and peripherals fixed or replaced at your desk.

Network and cabling

Switches, Wi-Fi access points, patching and rack tidy-ups done properly.

Office moves and fit-outs

Planning and execution of IT for a new office, so day one works.

On-site training

Short practical sessions for your team in your own environment.

How a site visit works

1

Diagnose remotely first

We narrow the fault before travelling so the visit is spent fixing rather than investigating.

2

Schedule around your day

Visits are booked when they disrupt least, including outside business hours where the work requires it.

3

Fix and verify

The technician confirms the fix with the person who reported it before leaving, not from the carpark.

4

Write it down

What was found and what changed goes into your documentation, so the next person is not starting over.

Not sure what you need? Start with a free IT review.

We look at your current setup and tell you what we would fix first. No obligation, no jargon.

“Steve from Static Computers has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise across Microsoft 365, particularly in environments where security and precision matter most. Working alongside Steve on security-focused initiatives has been both productive . He brings a calm, methodical approach to complex challenges, helping shape solutions that are not only effective but built with long-term resilience in mind. What stands out most is Steve’s depth of knowledge combined with sound judgement. In a landscape where security risks are constantly evolving, this gives us a high level of confidence in the decisions being made and the systems being implemented. Equally, his responsiveness and availability make a real difference. When timing matters Steve is dependable, engaged, and quick to act. We greatly value the working relationship and look forward to continuing to collaborate with Steve and the team at Static Computers.”

Questions we get asked

Which areas of Sydney do you cover onsite?

Sydney CBD and the metropolitan area, including Parramatta and Western Sydney, the North Shore and the Inner West. Contact us to confirm your suburb.

Can you provide onsite support without a contract?

Yes. Ad-hoc onsite visits are available. Managed clients receive priority scheduling.

What happens in a free IT review?

A 30-minute call, phone or Teams. We ask what you run, what breaks, and what worries you, then tell you plainly what we would fix first and what it would take. There is no obligation and nothing to install beforehand.

How much of your onsite work is scheduled versus urgent?

Managed clients get regular scheduled time for maintenance and the accumulating small jobs, which reduces how often an urgent visit is needed at all.

Do you cover office relocations?

Yes. Planning, cabling coordination, equipment moves and day-one setup, so the first morning in the new premises works.

Ready for IT that stays steady?
