Questions we get asked

Which areas do you cover onsite?

Sydney CBD and the greater Sydney metropolitan area, including Parramatta and Western Sydney, are covered by our own technicians from 222 Pitt St. Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra are supported remotely, with onsite attendance arranged case by case.

Is the service different outside Sydney?

The remote service is identical: the same helpdesk, the same monitoring, the same security baseline. What differs is how onsite work is arranged, which we confirm against your address before you sign anything.

Can you support a business with offices in more than one city?

Yes. Multi-site businesses are a common reason clients move to us, because one provider with one set of standards is simpler than a provider in each city.

What happens in a free IT review?

A 30-minute call, phone or Teams. We ask what you run, what breaks, and what worries you, then tell you plainly what we would fix first and what it would take. There is no obligation.
