Do you run projects for businesses you do not support day to day?
Yes. Project work is available on its own. Many clients start with a project and move to a managed agreement afterwards.
How do you keep projects from disrupting our staff?
Work is staged, cutovers are scheduled out of hours where possible, and we communicate what changes and when in plain language before it happens.
What happens in a free IT review?
A 30-minute call, phone or Teams. We ask what you run, what breaks, and what worries you, then tell you plainly what we would fix first and what it would take. There is no obligation and nothing to install beforehand.
Do you quote fixed price?
Where the scope can be pinned down, yes. Where discovery is genuinely needed first, we scope that as a small piece of work rather than guessing a number we would have to revise.
Who talks to our staff during a project?
We do, with you. People are told what changes, when, and what to do if something is not right, before the change lands.
