Agreements are tailored to your business rather than a standard lock-in term. You keep ownership of your domains, tenants and licences throughout, and you leave with your documentation if you go.
How long does switching IT providers take?
We audit and document your environment first, run alongside your current provider, then take over on an agreed date. Onboarding can be as fast as five days. Nothing is switched off until we can support it.
How quickly do you respond?
A person answers the helpdesk during business hours and most issues are fixed in the same session. Our average first response is 5 minutes, and targets are set by impact in your agreement.
How much does managed IT cost in Sydney?
It depends on users, devices and the level of security and planning you need. Scope varies a lot between businesses, so we do not publish a price list. We quote a fixed monthly figure after the free IT review.
What if we are too small to need managed IT?
